Recently, Signature Consultants’ Founder and CEO, Dr. Jay Cohen, was named Board of Directors President for TechServe Alliance, the premier national trade association representing IT and engineering consultants, staffing firms, clients and suppliers. Dr. Cohen took office as part of the 2018 TechServe Alliance Annual Conference opening program on November 8, 2018.
Mark Roberts, CEO of TechServe Alliance, introduced Dr. Cohen as the incoming President during its 2018 TechServe Alliance Annual Conference held in Bonita Springs, Florida. Dr. Cohen has been a member of the Board of Directors for two years, most recently serving as its Vice President. During his upcoming one-year term as President, beginning January 1, 2019, Jay will bring his experience and insights to bear on the work of the board to enhance the value of TechServe membership and foster industry growth.
“Jay’s remarkable vision and entrepreneurial spirit will be invaluable as we help our member organizations confront the rapidly evolving industry landscape,” said TechServe Alliance CEO Mark Roberts. “I can think of no better steward to take the organization into the future as we enter our 32nd year of service to the industry,” added Roberts.

Dr. Cohen, a dedicated leader in the development for continued growth within the national association during his 1-year term as Board of Directors President, founded Signature Consultants 21 years ago. He’s continued to lead the company’s strategic vision with a hands-on approach in the development of its emerging leaders. He consistently embodies the company’s guiding principle of striving to “Do the Right Thing” and exemplifies honesty, integrity and hard work.
